Process

How the project works

Four transparent stages. At each one, we show progress and agree on the next step.

01

Brief

We fix the task, restrictions, deadlines and budget. At this stage, we agree on the first measurable result - so that at the end it is clear what exactly we did.

02

Plan

We break down the project into stages, select a stack, agree on a roadmap and control points. Here we highlight the risks, if any.

03

Assembly

In parallel, we carry out design, development, content, integration and testing. The client gets access to intermediate versions and can leave comments along the way.

04

Launch

We bring the project to the domain, connect analytics, transfer documentation and train the client’s team. After the launch, we will stay in touch for support.

FAQ

FAQ

Short answers about estimates, payment, integrations, and post-launch support.

Can I come with just an idea, without technical specifications?

Yes, this is a normal situation. At the brief, we formulate the task together, and the technical specifications appear as the result of the first stage, and not as a condition for starting work. If you have an old website, presentation, or even a voice description, that's enough to start a conversation.

What is included in the price and what is considered separately?

The price includes everything related to engineering, design, development and commissioning within the agreed scope. Domain, hosting, licenses for third-party services and work beyond the original scope are paid separately - but we warn you about this before they appear on the invoice.

Can I connect payments, CRM and external services?

Yes. We worked with most popular payment systems, CRMs, mailers and analytical services. If the integration is non-standard, at the planning stage we separately assess its complexity and include it in the schedule.

What happens after launch?

By default, we provide a month of support: edits, minor improvements, assistance to the client’s team. Further - by agreement: one-time tasks or constant support if the project continues to develop.

Start request

Leave a request - the manager will contact you and break down the project step by step.

A short description is enough: what needs to be done, when you want to start and where we can see references. The cart can be assembled later.

The application will be sent to the manager along with contacts.
